Thanks to you and Jason for sorting the Ilve oven out, it is massively appreciated. Nick came in this morning, rewired it, adjusted the fans and showed me how to use it. It no longer sounds like an artic lorry when it starts up. It seems to be working. Nick is super efficient so thanks a lot.
