We are a family run business with many years experience in this specialist field. Our engineer, Nick worked as the Britannia engineer for the south eastern area and London for the better part of a decade and has likely repaired, installed or serviced your range over the years.
Our aim is to provide a top quality service with an arranged time of arrival to your premises, you will be kept updated on the day as to an estimated arrival time to your convenience.
Most general appliance repair company’s do not repair Britannia or Ilve ranges as they do not have the specialist knowledge or access to the correct spare parts, I have over the years seen many “that will do the job” replacement parts that fail to go the distance.

ILVE have been manufacturing cookers as a family run business since 1952, beautifully hand crafted in their facility near Venice, if you are a britannia owner and your range cooker was built between 1994 and 2013 it was created by ILVE.
The vast majority of parts are still available to keep these classic ranges in tip top condition, if you have been having difficulty getting a part or problem resolved, give us a call, we can most likely help.
I have now been appointed as one of a handful of ILVE factory approved engineers, with all the service back up that entails.
